Sidecar Opens, Stumptown’s in Town

The wait is over. Sidecar Doughnuts on E. 17th Street in Costa Mesa opens today at 7 a.m. The buzz on Sidecar is huge; they make artisan doughnuts and are bringing Stumptown Coffee to Orange County, so we expect they will sell out quickly. When the doughnuts are gone, the doors close for the day. The Stones Rolling into OC

We couldn’t be more excited that the Rolling Stones will be coming to the Honda Center in Anaheim on May 15, for their “50 AND COUNTING” tour, and to Staples Center in Los Angeles on May 2. We are thrilled that longtime renowned restaurateur David Wilhelm just answered our 20 Questions. He says his best day is yet to come, and we love that, and says that for  breakfast he makes some decent buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy.
