The team behind Driftwood Kitchen and The Deck on Laguna, just opened their newest restaurant, Hendrix at the Ocean Ranch Village in Laguna Niguel. Hendrix offers "New American" cuisine a combination of flavors and traditional American cooking techniques. Executive Chef Rainer Schwarz’s menu items include local and seasonal ingredients, popular cuts of fish, steaks and chops as well as rotisserie items with interesting and flavorful accompaniments.
