The former St. Regis Monarch Beach has been transformed into the Monarch Beach Resort, after the completion of the property’s $40 million renovation and just in time for the start of summer.
The redesign features California’s first Miraval Life in Balance Spa that includes a DryBar and a Deborah Lippmann nail suite, five new dining concepts, a new pool complex, and a new lobby lounge area turning into a hot new social scene.
It’s also celebrating the Fourth of July in a big way with a fireworks show, a day-long celebration with a traditional BBQ on the Grand Lawn, live music and family activities.
Some exciting features for locals include the new 30,000 square foot Miraval Life in Balance Spa that offers 24 treatment rooms, relaxation and tranquility zones, unique programming/fitness classes and a lap pool.
The spa also boasts the first Deborah Lippmann Nail Salon in California; a new Drybar (the only other OC location is at Fashion Island); complimentary signature fitness classes through June at the new Miraval Life in Balance Spa. For those looking for taking training to the next level, specialty fitness classes will be available at 50% off. Reservations are required.
