Comfort Food Concepts Debut at 4th Street Market

June 21, 2017

4th Street Market, the ever-evolving Santa Ana food hall in Downtown Santa Ana just opened two new exciting concepts: Red Envelope and WINGMAN. Red Envelope is a collaborative project that brings Vietnamese-fusion comfort food to the Orange County food scene. The team behind Red Envelope includes beloved Chef Hop Phan (Dos Chinos, Megadon) Chef Mike (Anchor Hitch), and Andy Nguyen (AFTERS Ice Cream, Sweet COMBforts, Portside and more).

On the menu at Red Envelope you can find items such as pho with garnished with an 8-inch beef bone, spring rolls rolled in edible flowers, flavorful shrimp, crispy wings, nachos, and more. Not to mention the Shaken Beef Cheese Melt.

At WINGMAN, the owners of Pig Pen Delicacy decided to innovate further into a new culinary brand by bringing fried chicken to the next level. Their unique chicken sandwiches, loaded nachos, and other creations are already causing a buzz among Orange County foodies. Mastermind Kevin Lim is excited to show off this unique, mouth-watering menu, and partnered up with Kevin Bobby Nguyen and the entire team behind Blueprint Valor to bring it all to life.

The fried chicken wing spot serves up sandwiches and salads featuring crispy skinned chicken, flavorful wings tossed generously in signature sauces, and even fries loaded with buffalo chicken, cheese, and more.

4th Street Market is at 201 E 4th St. in Santa Ana. 714.486.0700
