Au Revoir Avanti Cafe

June 24, 2014

After nine years of serving some of the best vegetarian and organic foods in Orange County, Avanti Café in Costa Mesa is starting a new era of new beginnings for Avanti Natural. Chefs and co-owners Mark Cleveland and Tanya Fuqua will close the restaurant where they have created a haven for foodies and lovingly prepared everything from scratch and serve as much organic ingredients as possible. Its final day of dining is Sunday, June 29.

After that, Cleveland and Fuqua will be doing culinary consulting, recipe, menu and product development as well as creating Avanti Natural Lifestyle content for their Avanti Natural YouTube channel.

Another big project will be the Avanti Natural Kitchen cookbook, which will feature favorite recipes from Avanti Café. The book will launch as an ebook in a whole new concept geared toward serious foodies and beginners as well. All recipes will have complete tutorials, ingredient information, culinary nutrition tips, and will be based on the Avanti Natural philosophies of natural cooking and living.

To stay up to date on Avanti Natural happenings follow them on Facebook, Twitter,  Instagram.

They will also be doing catering, events and pop-ups locally.

And make sure to watch for the grand opening of Temakira, hand rolled sushi, in the same location sometime in early autumn.
