Our favorite sandwich deli in Orange County, Sessions West Coast Deli in Newport Beach, just opened a second location on the waterfront in Huntington Beach. It’s a great neighborhood-casual concept that makes the best gourmet, culinary-focused sandwiches, housemade sauces, sides, salads, and soups prepared in-house daily. All sandwiches are made to order with fresh, locally grown produce, humanely and naturally raised meats, and locally baked breads delivered daily from local artisan, OC Baking Company. Irvine native Victoria Namkung’s debut novel, “The Things We Tell Ourselves” was just released and it’s a juicy beach read that's part-untraditional love story, part-psychological thriller. NEW YORK’s Famed Halal Guys Coming to Costa Mesa

The Halal Guys, New York’s food cart with a cult following, are expanding from New York to its first West Coast brick-and-mortar fast casual location in Costa Mesa. The famed food cart is known for its gyro sandwiches, chicken-and-rice platters and delicious mystery white sauce. The NYC-based concept signed a deal with Fransmart known for building other popular concepts such as Five Guys, to bring 50 franchised units to Southern California.
