The Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) celebrates 20 years with their 2nd Annual "Tastemakers of Orange County" on Wednesday, Sept. 20 from 7 to 9 p.m. in collaboration with SOCO and The OC Mix.
