On Tuesday, April 17, it's Battle of the Chefs Semifinal 2 featuring Chef Pascal Olhats of Pascal Restaurants challenging Chef Peter Lai of Oak Grill at Fashion Island Hotel at the Subzero and Wolf West Showroom in Costa Mesa.
