Long Beach restaurants are gearing up for Dine Out Long Beach, Restaurant Week 2.0 taking place February 25-March 3. Nearly 50 restaurants are participating with a Chefs’ Cooking + Tasting Kick-Off, free to the public, Saturday, February 24 starting at noon at Friedmans Home Experience with Neil Saavedra, host of “The Fork Report” on KFI-AM 640,  broadcasting live from 2-5 p.m. Nearly 50 restaurants throughout the city will offer 2-option menus for breakfast and lunch starting at $10 and 3-option menus for dinner starting at $20.  Some restaurants will also offer a shared menu where two guests can split an appetizer…
