Chef Craig Strong Opens “Ocean at Main” this Fall

After serving nine years as executive chef at award-winning Studio restaurant at Montage Laguna, Chef Craig Strong is opening his own restaurant, Ocean at Main, in downtown Laguna Beach in the former Taverna location. It’s expected to open by October. Ocean at Main is located in the early 1940s iconic building that housed the Laguna Beach financial institution, Laguna Federal Savings, whose motto was, “We’re local, and we love it.” Strong, envisions Ocean at Main as a welcoming establishment in his hometown. Legendary OC Restaurant Brought Back to Life

Catmosphere Laguna, Orange County’s First Cat Café

Orange County’s first Cat Café will open Monday, Aug. 13 in Laguna Beach. Founded by Gail Allyn Landau, Catmosphere Laguna will serve as both a community café and a foster home for adoptable cats and kittens.
