Fun And Fitwall

An advanced workout just debuted in Newport Beach, near Fashion Island, called Fitwall, a branded vertical training studio. The Irvine-headquartered concept was recently named one of "The World’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Fitness” by Fast Company and that’s mostly  thanks to its focus on exercise science and technology.  Fitwall athletes wear heart rate monitors that track their exertion during 40-minute workouts on iPads attached to each 7-foot by 30-inch wall. Heart rate recovery to how well Fitwall coaches are performing can be collected from the data. The Holiday Surfboard Auction showcases an incredible selection of surfboards that are displayed at the resort and auctioned off to benefit Surfers Healing.
