Executive Chef Jonathon Blackford at the A Restaurant in Newport Beach could easily be one of the best chefs in Orange County, and his Restaurant Week menu perfectly shows off his culinary talents. The A Restaurant menu starts with a duck liver pate, or braised meatballs, or a salad with Fuyu persimmons and Envy apples.
