Negroni Week at the Blind Pig

The Blind Pig in Rancho Santa Margarita is doing its part for Imbibe Magazine’s Negroni Week from June 1-7. The Blind Pig will donate a portion of the proceeds from each Negroni sold this week to local OC charity Miracles for Kids, serving children with life-threatening illnesses and their families by operating programs that provide financial aid, housing, and more.  The Mestizo Negroni is made with capurro pisco, calisaya, byrrh and a grapefruit peel garnish.
