Negroni Week at the Blind Pig

The Blind Pig in Rancho Santa Margarita is doing its part for Imbibe Magazine’s Negroni Week from June 1-7. The Blind Pig will donate a portion of the proceeds from each Negroni sold this week to local OC charity Miracles for Kids, serving children with life-threatening illnesses and their families by operating programs that provide financial aid, housing, and more.  The Mestizo Negroni is made with capurro pisco, calisaya, byrrh and a grapefruit peel garnish. For the entire month of June, Tamarind of London in Newport Beach will be joining restaurants, bars and food trucks across the world in the EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES  campaign, spearheaded by Mario Batali, to help save lives and deliver the first AIDS Free Generation in over 30 years. Andrea is a senior television and broadcast journalism major at Chapman University, with a minor in public relations.
