The Final Golden Chef Series

The finale of the Golden Chef Series will be celebrated on Saturday, June 18 at 2 p.m. at the Irvine Spectrum with chef Josh LaQuet, Brio Tuscan Grille and chef Alejandro Benes, Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill. Tickets are available here. There is plenty of seating and shade provided, along with a fresh berry bar by Melissa's Produce and cold water. Global Genes Gifts $100,000 for Rare Diseases

Orange County based Global Genes is giving hope and support to patients and families in their fight against rare diseases. The leading rare and genetic disease advocacy organization just gifted $100,000 to rare disease patient organizations! ​The non-profit organization promotes the needs of the rare disease community under a unifying symbol of hope – the Blue Denim Genes Ribbon. It just announced the winners of its inaugural RARE Patient Impact Grant program.
