The World’s First Taco Donut at Puesto

Puesto is now offering the world’s first taco donut as a secret menu item. Chef Katy Smith created this decadent taco, by folding filet mignon into a bed of melted cheese on the griddle and then forming a crispy, cheesy wrap into the shape of a donut. She then tops it with Maine lobster, avocado slices, chipotle crema and cilantro crema; served atop a bed of stone-ground, blue corn tortillas to absorb the mess.
