Orange County’s Best New Restaurant Celebrates First Year
Mix Mix Kitchen Bar in Santa Ana was recently named “Best New Restaurant” at the 2017 Golden Foodie Awards and for a good reason. Chef/owner Ross Pangilinan’s impressive background ranges from working in France at the two-Michelin-starred Les Trois Marche, and Michelin-starred Regis restaurant to sous chef position at Pinot Provence and Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall where he helped earn the restaurant its Michelin star in 2007.
