I’m craving winter already! The fine culinary team behind Haven Gastropub in Old Towne Orange just announced they’re debuting a new fast-casual concept, taco asylum at The CAMP in Costa Mesa sometime late 2010. I’ll keep you posted on exact date. You might think, given the name taco asylum, that it’s a Mexican concept, but not so says Executive chef and partner, Greg Daniels: “Our menu, which will not be expansive in selection, will not be bound by borders or specific cuisine.” Here’s what we can all look forward to: non-traditional tacos, showcasing global ingredients and meats ranging from pork…
