The Tree Lighting Ceremony at Fashion Island

Fashion Island’s classic tree lighting ceremony will be celebrated two nights in a row: on Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov. 19 from 6 to 6:30 p.m. in the Neiman Marcus – Bloomingdale’s Courtyard. Mark Wallengren of KOST 103.5 FM will emcee the ceremony, along with a 25-minute live musical performance of "The Magic of Christmas" starring The Young Americans. Surfing Santa Competition

Surfers from all over Southern California will dress like Santa and surf the waves at Salt Creek  on Saturday, November 19 in order to raise money for children with autism.
