Cheese lovers will love SideDoor’s new monthly Cheese Takeover when one evening a month a different boutique creamery will be showcased culminating with a complete cheese takeover celebration in August.  The series debuts Wednesday, May 17 starting at 4:30 p.m. with Cowgirl Creamery of San Francisco.   SideDoor’s own certified expert and cheese monger, Tracy Nelsen, will be on hand at each takeover to educate diners on the various cheeses presented and recommend the perfect pairings.
