Five Crowns Celebrates Summer
Five Crowns in Corona del Mar just debuted a new summer menu from its new Executive Chef Anthony Endy who comes to Five Crowns and SideDoor from Paul Martin’s American Grill. The restaurant, which completed its major renovation last year, has never looked better and it’s the perfect place to enjoy summer dining. Chef Endy’s additions include a delicious new summer salad--Peach & Burrata Salad with endive, arugula, walnuts, D’anjou vinaigrette; as well as Seared Ahi Tuna with sesame crust, sautéed three peas, green garlic vinaigrette; and Roasted Jidori Chicken with carrots, Cipollini onion, duck fat roasted potatoes and sauce vert.…
