Free Screening ‘Climate Refugees’

Newport Beach Film Fest is kicking off Cinema Sage Hill this Wednesday at 7 p.m. with a free screening of the documentary “Climate Refugees”, followed by a Q&A with filmmaker Justin Hogan. The film uncovers the unbelievable plight of people around the world displaced by climatically induced environmental disasters. It chronicles several of the 25 million climate refugees, along with scholars, politicians and more facing overpopulation, lack of resources, and a changing climate.
