Looking for a fashionable, charitable organization to join? The Dream Guild of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Orange County offers members exclusive events at must-have designer boutiques, luncheons, and more, all the while raising much-needed funds to find a cure for type 1 diabetes. The Dream Guild is hosting a new membership luncheon Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Silver Trumpet Restaurant in Costa Mesa. Head over to Orange for the OC International Street Fair starting tonight from 5 to 10 p.m. at Orange Plaza at the intersection of Chapman and Glassell. Every Labor Day weekend for the past three decades, the Orange International Street Fair has been the downtown Orange destination to experience a wide variety of food, music and dance from cultures and ethnicities throughout the world.
