SPLASHES Launches High Tide Dinner Series with Super Pink Moon
Inspired by Surf & Sand Resort's oceanfront location, the SPLASHES culinary team has created a High Tide Dinner Series with a specially crafted menu and wine pairings that align with each month's full moon–beginning with April's Super Pink Moon, followed by the Flower Moon in May, and beyond. Sample menu highlights for the inaugural Hide Tide Dinner include green gazpacho amuse bouche featuring spiced prawn, pickled onion and crisp sourdough.
