Dogs can take part in fun Halloween festivities too at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel’s Howl-O-Ween seasonal Yappy Hour celebration on Thursday, Oct. 29 from 4 to 7 p.m. You can dress up your pup in their favorite costume.
