The Capital Grille will be featuring a three-course holiday brunch menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy a choice of soup or salad, followed by an entrée choice of Lobster Frittata, Dry Ages Sirloin with Fried Egg, Filet Mignon or Pan seared Salmon. For dessert, choose from a Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake, Classic Creme Brûlée or Seasonal Berries in Vanilla Cream. Fresh squeezed juices, tea, coffee and soda are also included. Pinot Provence features a French inspired, three-course prix-fixe Easter Sunday Brunch with choices from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The appetizer course offers selections such as, Mushroom and Parmesan Bisque, Foie Gras Terrine and Asparagus Gratin. Smith, director and C.E.O. of the Orange County Museum of Art; and rising young Los Angeles artist Samara Golden. Robin Pogrebin of The New York Times will be talking about the state of the arts with the guest speakers.
Look West is a new event series that brings innovators in the arts, media and technology on stage for engaging discussions with The New York Times journalists before local audiences.
