HaiDiLao Fusion Shabu that offers interactive, "cook it yourself" style dining will celebrate its grand opening at the Brea Mall on Saturday by offering buy one get one free entrees all day!

You can swish your selection of high quality meat, succulent seafood, and locally sourced veggies in a variety of boiling broths, each uniquely seasoned to perfection. Pair each bite with select sauces, carefully composed by Michelin Star Chef Joachim Splichal, such as the refreshing citrus-based Ponzu, or savory roasted sesame sauce. And, then enjoy a selection of fine wine, craft beer, and premium sake to elevate your dining experience.

Ordering at HaiDiLao Fusion Shabu is so easy: simply choose your broth such as house spicy, kombu, tonkutsu, pork bone kimchi, sezchuan spicy, or house special tomato; and then pick our protein: boneless beef short rib, kobe beef, USDA prime ribeye, Colorado lamb shoulder, korobuta all natural pork, Mary’s free range organic chicken, sashimi grade Scottish salmon, and Mexican wild caught jumbo shrimp.

The last step is choosing your dipping sauce: sudachi ponzu, deep roasted peanut-sesame, roasted garlic sauce, curry pineapple sauce, peanut sesame sauce and spicy roasted red onion sauce.  

Open for lunch 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Open for dinner 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday through Wednesday; and 5 to 11 p.m. Thursday through Friday.
