December 31, 4 p.m. to midnight - New Year’s Eve Dining
The holidays are the perfect time for indulging at Fleming’s. A special three-course menu begins with either crab Louie wedge salad or lobster bisque served tableside with sherry. Next, savor a 14 oz. bone-in filet mignon paired with a sweet Australian lobster tail, followed by a choice of dessert from the main menu. Served through Jan. 3.
The New Year’s Eve dinner also offers an "Indulgent Upgrade" for two featuring a choice of crab Louie wedge salad or lobster bisque, a 28 oz. porterhouse with two Australian lobster tails, a choice of sides to share and dessert. Three-course holiday menu, $89 per person. A French 75 cocktail, or flute of JCB Brut champagne or Veuve Clicquot make for the perfect complement.
January 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. & 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. – New Year’s Day Dining: Fleming's Prime Rib Dinner back at a special price!
For guests dining on New Year’s day, join them for a leisurely Sonoma Sunday a la carte brunch. Fleming’s will also be featuring its popular prime rib dinner at a special price. Savor thick-cut prime rib served with au jus, creamy horseradish and Dijon sauces along with a choice of salad, side and dessert. The a la carte menu will also be available.
Three-course prime rib dinner, $34.95 per person; a la carte prices vary per selection (exclusive of tax and gratuity).

TAPS Fish House & Brewery
December 31 from 11 a.m. to midnight. - New Year’s Eve Dining
Say farewell to 2016 at TAPS Fish House and Brewery. The New Year’s Eve celebration includes a special chef’s pre-fixe menu, party favors and a Champagne toast at midnight. The three-course menu features selections such as rib eye, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, fresh oysters and a variety of decadent desserts. Wines by the glass, bottles of champagne and after dinner spirits and ports will also be available to pair with your meal. In addition, TAPS Brea will have live music to help in the celebration. Price for New Year’s determined by entrée selection ranging from $56 to $100.
January 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – New Year’s Day Brunch For the first time in 17 years, TAPS will be open New Year's Day for its renowned Sunday Brunch Buffet. The brunch extravaganza features seafood on ice, prime rib and honey baked ham carving stations, made to order omelets and crepes, pasta dishes, a variety of TAPS signature dishes and other breakfast favorites. Save room for the decadent desert bar and chocolate fountain. Your choice of free flowing champagne and mimosas or two craft beers are also included in the price of brunch. TAPS will not be open for dinner New Year’s Day. Reservations recommended. The complimentary brunch promo (one free brunch with purchase of $100 in gift cards through December 31) will be valid that day.
