4th Street Market Brings in New Eateries

4th Street Market, downtown Santa Ana’s popular food hall, is bringing in some new eateries to their mix of diverse and innovative vendors.

As a culinary hub of Orange County, 4th St Market is filled with creative chefs, food artisans, and small business entrepreneurs. Because of their dedication to incubation and the fostering of budding talent, the food hall experiences an evolution of tenants annually, as some concepts grow out of the space, and new ones come in, the 4th Street Market community thrives off of the annual change.

This year, they said goodbye to: Falasophy, Graze, Jinny’s Pizzeria, Red Envelope, and Wingman, and welcome: All Flavor No Grease, Ground House, La Vegana Mexicana, Steel Pan Pizza, and more.

Falasophy, originally a food truck, has grown quickly throughout their productive time at 4th St Market and has now opened a brick and mortar at The Irvine Spectrum Center. The team behind Jinny’s Pizzeria has followed other culinary dreams, and the co-founders of Red Envelope have shifted their focus to other restaurant projects. Lastly, after having his fun with burgers at Graze, Chad of The Coconut Truck will be transitioning his stall at 4th St Market into a new Asian-fusion eatery.

In January, 4th St Market’s newest tenants, All Flavor No Grease and Ground House, will open. From slaying quesadillas on a plancha in his front yard to one of LA’s favorite food trucks, Chef Keith Garrett (aka Chef Ocho) of All Flavor No Grease is bringing his outstanding street food to 4th St Market. The creative food-minds behind Wingman decided to transform their space at 4th St Market to Ground House (which can also be found at TRADE Irvine). Their team is very passionate about this concept and are thrilled to bring their juicy, specialty burgers to Santa Ana. Both of these concepts are slated to officially open to the public on January 5, and are excited to bring their flavorful, photo-worthy cuisine to the 4th St Market community.

In early 2019, additional tenants will join the mix at 4th St Market. Expect exciting new offerings like Detroit-style pies from Steel Pan Pizza, and innovative and flavorful Latin cuisine from East End Kitchen’s most recent concept La Vegana Mexicana, and more.

4th Street Market is at 201 E. 4th St. in Santa Ana.
