They also offer cheese classes where you can learn about the rich heritage of cheese and understand more about pairings with charcuterie and fine wines.
And for the ultimate cheese enthusiast, you can join their Cheese Club: a pound of cheese plus a perfect pairing waiting for you at your neighborhood shop or shipped to you direct. Selections are ready for pickup or delivered on the second Friday of every month.
