Cafe Sevilla Welcomes Return of Late Night Dining, Live Music & National Paella Day

As Orange County restaurants reopen with limited indoor capacity and Covid safety protocols in place, Cafe Sevilla at Triangle Square is celebrating with the return of late night dining and live music five nights a week. The Costa Mesa restaurant is also commemorating National Paella Day with a special Lobster and Iberico Pork Belly Paella on Saturday, March 27.

For those who enjoy late night dining, Cafe Sevilla’s kitchen is open until 1am on weekends and 11pm on weekdays. Late Night Happy Hour is also back on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 11 p.m., while regular Happy Hour is Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 6:30 p.m. During Happy Hour, beers are $5, and guests can enjoy $5 off all wine, sangria, and craft cocktails, with tapas specially priced at $5, $7, and $9.

Orange County’s Red Tier also brings the return of live music to Cafe Sevilla five days a week. Offering a variety of local talent performing live music and DJs playing Latin, Salsa, Flamenco, Rumba, Gypsy King-Style music and more. Paella lovers also won’t want to miss National Paella Day, on Saturday, March 27 when Cafe Sevilla offers a signature Lobster and Iberico Pork Belly Paella (cold water lobster tail, Ibérico sausage, Ibérico chorizo, Ibérico pork belly, clams, calamari, and mussels atop saffron-infused bomba rice) for $55 and serves one to two people. Guests can also upgrade to black rice for an additional $5. Quantities are limited, so reserve a table and mention you are interested in the Lobster and Iberico Pork Belly Paella.

To provide an enjoyable and safe dining experience, Cafe Sevilla has a spacious patio for outdoor dining, and performs wellness and temperature checks on each employee before their shifts. In addition, the staff wear masks and provide an “Up and Go” contact-free mobile pay option. A QR code is printed on each receipt so guests can pay would like to pay in a touchless manner.

Cafe Sevilla is open Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. A DJ also entertains Sunday brunch guests from 1 to 4 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 949.688.1555.

Triangle Square is conveniently located at the end of the 55 Freeway, where Newport Blvd., Harbor Blvd. and 19th Street intersect.
