We Care Wednesday Clothing Drive at OC Fair

The OC Fair and Goodwill of Orange County are joining forces for a special We Care Wednesday clothing drive on Wednesday, August 8. From noon to 3 p.m., guests who bring five new or gently-used clothing items per person to the OC Fair for donation to Goodwill of Orange County will receive same-day free admission and one free carnival ride. The money raised from reselling the goods collected at the OC Fair have made a huge impact on Goodwill’s ability to connect unemployed or underemployed individuals, no matter the challenge or disability, with job opportunities. Join Me At National Root Beer Float Day Stand for CHOC

Celebrate National Root Beer Float Day with me on Thursday, August 9 at The Irvine Spectrum Center. The Marriott Irvine Spectrum will be setting up a root beer float stand in front of the Edwards Theater from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will be making root beer floats for those who stop by the booth and make a donation to Children's Hospital of Orange County. The root beer floats will be purely donation-based (people can donate any amount, and all proceeds will go directly to CHOC. Zen & Zin Yoga Event Benefiting Breast Cancer
