Merchants in the renamed business district in Laguna Beach called the HIP District, (HIP for historic and interesting places) in the seven-block span of Pacific Coast Highway from Thalia to Bluebird, are rolling out special events for November and restaurants are reminding locals of their catering services. An Evening with Martin Short
