Laguna College of Art and Design welcomes The Splendor of Italy, an exhibition of works from the experience of LCAD Summer Aboard program in Italy opening today through February 20. Nature and Morning Yoga in Bommer Canyon

Join me on Wednesday, January 13 (9:30 a.m to 11 a.m.) for a relaxing combination of hiking and yoga in Bommer Canyon with Irvine Ranch Conservancy volunteers, too. We can enjoy a 1 mile hike, followed by 45 to 60 minutes of yoga. Simply wear comfortable clothes and bring a durable yoga mat, two towels, and extra cloth or padding.
