Valentine’s Weekend at The Ranch
Executive chef and certified sommelier, Michael Rossi at the award-winning Ranch Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day menu, as well as Valentine’s Day weekend three-course menu on Friday, Feb. 12 and Saturday, Feb. 13. The Valentine's Day menu starts with an amuse bouche of Maine lobster cocktail with avocado, piquillo peppers and yellow corn. For the first course, select from three choices: Scarlet Beet Ravioli, Japanese Hiramasa or Hudson Valley Foie Gras.
