ESCAPE TO THE ISLAND

Pianist and composer Gerard Barbut performs every Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Jimmy Hopper entertains Wednesday through Saturday 8 p.m. until closing; and cabaret vocalist Bruce Cook sings with pianist Gerard Barbut Sundays from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. There's a $15 cover charge per person after 8 p.m.
In the lounge, executive chef Bill Bracken presents small plates, including his famous macaroni and cheese with elbow pasta, crushed truffles and Taleggio cheese; grilled Kobe beef skewers with chimichurri; and San Felipe-style fish tacos with avocado and salsa fresca. And there are savory snacks including ahi tuna tartar, and mini sliders. It’s an ideal setting for celebrations and get-togethers with family, friends and business associates.
