At 40 Lashes, an eyelash-only studio in downtown Fullerton, is run by owner Cyndi Moses, who says eyelash extensions are the cheapest form of plastic surgery. "It gives your eye a little lift," she says. Most clients can expect to come in for a relash every two to four weeks.
