7 CHEFS = A SPECIAL DINNER!

We are counting down the days to this year's (second annual) Friends of James Beard Benefit dinner at the Montage Laguna Beach.

Get this foodies: On Monday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m. you can attend an unbelievable night where seven of the West's most acclaimed chefs will demonstrate their culinary talent in an unforgettable collaborative dinner, complete with carefully selected wine pairings.

The evening honors James Beard and his impact on culinary arts and American cooking. Executive Chef James Boyce at Studio of the Montage will work in unison with Alessandro Stratta of Alex and Stratta at Wynn Las Vegas, William Bradley of Addison at The Grand Del Mar, John Cuevas of Montage Beverly Hills, Richard Ruskell of Montage Beverly Hills, Brian Black of The Loft at Montage Laguna Beach, Matt Leonard of Montage Laguna Beach.

Tickets cost $300 per person, or $250 for James Beard members. The price includes the reception, dinner and wine pairings with each course.
