ANTIQUES RECOVERED FOR YOU!
Two OC women with a great eye for style have been crisscrossing America for the past five months searching for one-of-the-kind antiques for their new venture: time antiks. They will unveil their first finds from the Deep South, Midwest and East Coast on Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 8 p.m. in Costa Mesa.
Danielle Barton and Melissa Winberry, both of Costa Mesa, have gathered a variety of antique urns, fountains, garden statues and finials, chairs, industrial tables, lighting, and unique small accessories for your bookshelves.
After hunting for antiques for their homes the past seven years, Danielle and Melissa decided to turn their passion into their profession. Their goal is to offer a special selection of sophisticated objects with distinctive character, patina, and appeal that mixes modern individuality with timeworn pieces from the past.
“We are traveling and going direct to the source to find our items and are trying to keep a minimal mark up to make our antiques more affordable,” Danielle says.
The pieces range in price from $10 to $6,000 (for an antique clock from Austria). You can check out items on the website of time antiks.
