Five regional Italian courses, paired with five Italian wines for $54.95? Sounds too good to be true—not at Prego Ristorante in Irvine. The fine Italian restaurant, that’s both elegant and comfortable, is offering a special culinary tour starting at 7 p.m. Friday.
