RIDE THE WAVE!
Bohemian fashion designer Katharine Story will host a fun fundraising event to benefit the Surfrider Foundation South Orange County Chapter today from 6 to 9 p.m. at Story’s boutique in Laguna Beach. Ten percent of the evening's sales benefit Surfrider. Surfboard designer and local resident John "JP" Pribram will showcase three custom-shaped surfboards. The artistic boards are a collaboration from Pribram, Story, and 40-year veteran glasser Roger Hines. One surfboard will be sold during the event and all proceeds will go towards Surfrider. Indie rock band Japanese Motors will provide the evening's entertainment. Katharine Story at 226 Ocean Ave. in Laguna Beach.
