Savannah is the latest restaurant concept by David Wilhelm and a perfect place for pre- and after-theater dining at the OC Performing Arts Center.
It features updated classic and contemporary American cooking with a Southern accent. Choose from grilled chops, ribs, steaks, seafood and nightly surf & turf specialties.
Signature dishes include Zinfandel braised short ribs, pecan-smoked prime rib, maple glazed Alaskan salmon, seafood Newburg and a to-die-for hot Scharffen Berger chocolate souffle baked to order.
Most foods are naturally raised, organically grown, hormone free, sustainable and renewable.
The wine list offers an extensive selection of California and Oregon boutique labels. And in keeping with its Supper Club theme, it offers live music to be enjoyed after dinner in the Moulin Rouge themed lounge.
The lounge menu features small-plate offerings and includes an extensive selection of wines by the glass, signature martinis, champagnes and specialty cocktails.
