On Friday, the Skin Deep Spa in Huntington Beach debuts the first (that we know of) Zen Water Experience in Orange County. The five-stage, five-room water meditation, healing and relaxation treatment lasts 45 minutes and costs just $45.

The Zen Water Experience was designed to leave you feeling peaceful, serene, and at harmony with yourself and others.

First, you'll relax as warm rainforest-style water cascades down your body. Then you'll be guided into the mud room where you can exfoliate and detoxify with Golden Moor Mud, rich in humic acids (believed to be beneficial to arthritis and fibromyalgia.) The mud also contains rich antioxidants and natural antibiotics. Next you'll purify your system in a eucalyptus-infused steam room and rinse off standing in the middle of three warm cascading shower heads and cave fountain. Finally, you'll submerge into a still-water, mineral-infused bath.

The Zen Water Experience is coed -- swimsuits are required.
