And its new holiday menu debuting today by Executive Chef Adam Keough and Sommelier Pam Gregory incorporates the best in fall's produce, specialty ingredients like succulent Liberty Farms duck, highest rated A-5 Kobe beef, and first-class Berkshire pig, and hard-to-find vadouvan spice and Sarawak pepper.
Stonehill prepares rich and smoky Maine Diver scallops with potato-celery soup, bacon, vaudovan cream; Berkshire pig with sweet yellow carrot puree, caramelized fig, and black truffle jus. The A-5 Kobe beef with pickled vegetables, shiitake broth, and wakame vinaigrette and Yukon potato is divine served with buttermilk onion rings and Sarawak pepper; and the freshest albacore sashimi with pickled cucumber, sea beans and yuzu citronette.
And for dessert Mclure maple ice cream, fuji apple butter, and fabulou sugar and cider donuts by pastry chef Lei Shishak
Wine enthusiasts can choose from more than 400 bottles of wines, focusing on American labels. And if enjoying spirits is your thing the bar at Stonehill Tavern takes great pride in offering a true cocktail experience.
