A new Tuscan-inspired shopping center, Orchard Hills Village Center (at the Portola Parkway and Culver Drive), has opened with top-notch retailers and dining spots. Now open: Lilikoi, a women’s boutique with the hottest surf brands and fashion-forward lines; a coffee connoisseurs favorite Peet’s Coffee & Tea; Chico’s for easy-to-wear all-occasion apparel.
