Style and skateboarding haven't always been synonymous -- you know what I mean if you grew up in the 1980s. So it's nice to see the fashion boom linked to the surf/skate culture. Another great place to shop for these fashions for the entire family is Relic Street & Style.
Its second OC location just opened at Irvine Spectrum. (The original store is at Plaza Antonio in Rancho Santa Margarita.) Under one roof you can shop for Relic Street items: high-end fashions for men, women and children; and skateboards, accessories and apparel.
Relics fashion brands include new styles by Free People, Da Nang and Ankh, as well as Joe's Jeans, Rock Revival, For Love and Liberty, Affliction and Monarchy. Choose from more than 60 labels. Both stores vary brands and merchandise to keep each location original.
Must-have skate brands include Krew, Rockett, Altamont, Zoo York, Element, Toy Machine and Zero, and Relic's line of custom boards. You can even pick out the best in decks, trucks, wheels, helmet and pads.
