Here comes the well-dressed bride.

The White Dress specializes in hard-to-find couture wedding gowns, in addition to one-stop bridal shopping that allows you to find the perfect slipper, vintage bag, fabulous clutch and a diamond tiara too.

Owner Marlis Porter searches for bridal gowns throughout the country and in Europe from renowned designers. She carries gowns from Angel Sanchez, Bonaparte N.Y. by Junko, Melissa Sweet, Amy Michelson, Jenny Lee, Hannah Hartnell, Cocoe Voci, Carmela Sutera, Elizabeth Fillmore, Robert Danes, Reva Mivasagar, Model Novias and Palazzo. Gowns are priced from $1,700 to $9,800. Each dress is made to order.

Local custom jeweler Jayson Hanson offers men’s rings, beautiful crosses, and platinum and diamond designs.

Hanson can even convert a tiara into a necklace. Hair accessories, tiaras and hair combs too. Other local jewelry designers include MMM Jewelry by Michele Marie Miller.
