For Valentine's Day, the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa has plenty of romantic offerings for couples. Whether it’s a quick getaway, a couple's spa treatment or an elegant dinner, the resort is catering to the celebration of love.

Romance Package: Two romantic nights in a deluxe king guest room, a bottle of Champagne, complimentary valet parking and a $100 credit for The Californian restaurant or breakfast in bed. The all-inclusive package begins at $670 with a suite upgrade for an additional $100.

Cupid's Crush Package: A 25-minute Rose Petal Thalasso Seawater Bath for two followed by an 80-minute Aromatherapy Sea Stone Couple's Massage in the hotel's Pacific Waters Spa. The combination provides an unforgettable and relaxing experience. Price is $385 for two.

Valentine's Dinner: The Californian restaurant offers a tantalizing menu from Chef Adam Navidi. Appetizers include a timbale of premium Californian Estate caviar, with Santa Barbara smoked salmon and avocado tartar with twice baked potato blini; jumbo popcorn shrimp with thyme and sea salt scented drawn butter; and a grilled mano de leon sea scallop, a sweet corn succotash and smoked bacon froth.

Second courses includes pan-seared Chilean seabass with lobster mashed potatoes, caramelized shallots and red wine reduction; a Filet Oscar, a petite filet mignon with
jumbo lump crab cake, grilled asparagus and Bearnaise vinaigrette; and pan-roasted breast of Petaluma Farms free-range chicken with wild mushroom ragout with Yukon mash and chasseur sauce.

Dessert choices include a Crème Brulee sampler: carrot-cardoman, Meyer lemon-huckleberry, and Glanduja hazelnut chocolate; or a chocolate trio: bittersweet Scharffen-berger chocolate molten cake, Guittards white chocolate raspberry ice cream terrine, and Ghiradelli chocolate caramel mousse.
