The Enchanted Evening at The Island Hotel: At Pavilion restaurant, Chef Bill Bracken prepares "A Menu Designed with Him and Her in Mind." The five-course, his-and-her tasting menu features dishes such as: “For Her” Maine Lobster and “For Him” Tenderloin of Veal. Toast the meal with a half-bottle of Veuve Cliquot and indulge on a sampling of sweets created by pastry chef Michael Owens. After dinner, enjoy a performance by singer, pianist and songwriter Kristina Pruitt in Gardens Lounge. Price for dinner and performance for two is $250, which includes a special gift for the ladies but not tax or tip. An overnight accommodation package is also available starting at $545.
