Bacchus' Secret Cellar Wine Shoppe & Bar is an upscale wine shop and bar at Quail Hill Village Center in Irvine. Bacchus (named for the Roman god of wine) carries some of the best wines from around the world (more than 600 labels), as well as a beautiful wine-tasting bar. And Bacchus' stocks dessert wines, sparkling wines and micro-brewed beers.
The bar can pour more than 60 wines with its state-of-the art wine preservation system that ensures high quality and fresh tasting wine. At the bar, you can create a custom tasting or choose one of the 18 creative flights available. And to complement the wines, a limited menu offers gourmet foods.
Devoted wine connoisseurs can join the Bacchus wine club and attend weekly wine tasting events.
Open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
