Waldorf Astoria Spa at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club welcomes Los Angeles-based Five Sense Collective to the resort on Saturday, May 7, and Sunday, May 8 for a series of guided meditation and sound bath healing ceremonies to quiet the mind, nurture the soul and celebrate Mother Earth over Mother’s Day weekend.
The Waldorf Astoria Spa Movement Studio will be transformed where two Five Sense Collective Guides will lead intimate groups through a series of exercises that will disconnect any outside chatter and distractions from the mind, leaving guests feeling calm, refreshed, and reconnected. There will be two (2) 90-minute ceremonies at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., each including:
- Aura & Energy Incense Clearing
- Intention Setting Ceremony
- Guided Meditation
- Crystal Bowl & Gong Sound Journey
- Aromatherapy & Reiki Head Massages
- Integration Conversation and a Closing Blessing and Mantra
With Five Sense Collective’s 360-degree approach to mindfulness and Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club’s indulgent and inspiring oceanfront setting, this weekend will be one to empower guests on a deeper level.
