
Pop Physique, a fitness and lifestyle concept known for its efficient and inspiring ballet barre workout, just opened
its second OC studio at the Camp in Costa Mesa. (It’s other studio is in Seal Beach).
Here’s what to expect during a one-hour class at Pop Physique: a workout set to sensational music that’s a mix of ballet, Pilates and light weights with a series of strengthening, isometrics, core shaping and stretching.
Pop Physique Costa Mesa is on the second story of Seed People’s Market with two boutique studio spaces featuring glass walls, plexi glass barn doors, Jeff Koons-inspired kitsch and plywood walls.
